The Ulti-Mate® range of high-performance screws are ideal for both tradesmen and DIY’ers alike. All the products in the Ulti-Mate® range feature a patented Stick-Fit® recess which enables smooth, stable driving and one-handed installation.

A high-quality Stick-Fit® driver bit is included in every single box of Ulti-Mate® screws. Once the screw is engaged to the driver bit, the patented PSD® recess gives a Stick-Fit® connection that enables the screw to remain attached to the bit. As you no longer need to hold the screw, fixing components is a simpler, faster job, especially when working in tight spaces or at awkward angles.

These screws are not just about the recess though. All Ulti-Mate® screws include a number of design features to bring real-world benefits and maximum performance.

ULTI-MATE® HIGH-PERFORMANCE WOODSCREWS

The Ulti-Mate® woodscrew is a multi-purpose product that can be used in softwood, hardwood, man-made timbers such as MDF and sheet metal. The design includes the following features to give superior performance:

• A heavy-duty design gives outstanding strength through the body of the screw and under the head.
• A sharp point, with prominent thread, rolled to the tip, gives instant bite and rapid insertion.
• A slotted-shank relieves pressure in the timber during insertion and helps to prevent the timber from splitting.
• A double-angle countersunk head with ribs ensures a neat, flush finish.
  Note that screws of length 40mm and under do not include under-head ribs such that they can sit flush into metal hinges.
• A premium, German engineered, waxed lubricant coating enables smooth, low-torque insertion.
• A corrosion-resistant, zinc-plated finish that is available in both Zinc & Yellow (gold coloured) and Bright Zinc (silver coloured) finishes.

ULTI-MATE® DRYWALL SCREWS

The Ulti-Mate® Drywall Screw is the most user-friendly drywall screw available on the market today. Stick-Fit® technology enables the screws to be driven with one hand, allowing a free hand for the operator to accurately position the board being fitted. It also eliminates the problem of dropped screws.

Alongside the Stick-Fit® technology, the Ulti-Mate® drywall screws also include the following design features to bring real-world performance benefits:
